FoBB Club Challenge Tournament
Our last local shoot was on the 28th May where we had some fun with the weather - a big thank you to all those that turned up and helped. A report from the shoot is below.

Each year, on the second bank holiday in May, we hold an invitational challenge tournament in which we invite other local clubs to compete for the Forest of Bere Challenge Trophy.
The tournament, which is shot as an Albion round, is competed for on a team basis and as such there are no individual prizes. Following the shoot there is wine and a barbeque.
Report from the 2007 Shoot
After being lucky with the weather for the last few years it turned on us at this year’s Local Invitational. At one point we considered cancelling the event in the hope of a more favourable day, but archers are made of hardier stuff and with the assistance of the shelter provided by the large bank of trees at FoBB the shoot continued. The FoBB team were victorious and won the mint-dish trophy.
We thank all the archers that battled through the weather and hope your all had an enjoyable day none-the-less.
If anyone would like conformation of the individual results please get in touch.
